Firmware updates for your device

Doing an update without written confirmation can make your device unusable.
📲 You can check your current version by scanning the QR code on your product.
➡️ To update, download the correct firmware below. In the MINIAPP (scan the QR code), scroll to the bottom of the page and tap OTA Update.
(OTA = On-the-air, so no cable needed).
💡 Exception for easyMETER+ (HW35):
If you just want to switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet (or back), you can safely do this update yourself — no support confirmation needed.
Note: For the easyplug13 (assistant) and easyplug21 (indicateur/verklikker Basic), the update must be done in 2 steps. First uploading firmware 1 (rebooting-reconnect) then firmware number 2.
